• All additional services requested/needed not covered by the voucher require direct payment to the business
• The business will not be responsible for lost items – please remove all valuables from the vehicle before the start of your service
• Services will be done by male professional staff/cleaners only
• To avoid issues, contact the business prior to purchase for advice & inspection if your car paint is damaged
• The client must provide electricity & running water access point
• Hose pipe & ladder shall be provided by the customer if needed
• Shaded parking & utility outlets are required 
• The voucher is valid for ONE vehicle ONLY – cannot be split; must be used on a single visit
• The quality & care of the advertised services & offers are solely the responsibility of the merchant
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for other services
