  • Kids (Mixed): Sat - Thu: 3pm - 7pm
  • Ladies: Mon & Wed: 7:15pm - 8pm

2 Lines of the ASC Swimming Training Program

• Water Safety:
  
  
  • A certified instructor will facilitate trainings to ensure the safety of trainees and to teach them how to maintain themselves in the water, whether in a pool or a beach
  • From how to use the pool ladder in getting in and out of the pool and properly asking for help, to providing help to fellow students & companions who are struggling in the water
    
    

• Swimming Training - 8 Levels:
  
  
  • Every level consists of 12-20 skills; at the end of every level, the trainee will undergo a level test
  • When a trainee gets a passing score of at least 80% in the test, he/she will be upgraded to the next level
  • ASC will provide a level test certificate for successful trainees
  • From time to time, the Academy holds internal and local tournaments to help students achieve their athletic potential & foster a healthy sense of competition!
