At HFSA Academy they pride themselves on delivering a high-quality swimming program in a safe and fun environment.

HFSA Learn to Swim program offers lessons starting from 24 months old and they also have classes for kids and male & female adults with full privacy during the ladies time with full female staff.

They teach everything from basic water confidence, water safety and they also provide classes for special needs.

• Swimming is known to be one of the best exercises that makes use of every major muscle in the body; it is a low-impact activity that increases flexibility while improving balance and posture
• Classes are open to all levels - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
• Kids: 4yrs - 13yrs
• Adults (Ladies & Men): 14yrs & above
• Options 3 & 4: Ladies-only classes will be taught by a lady coach
• Duration of Each Class: 60mins

• Kids (Mixed): Sat - Thu: 4pm / 5pm / 6pm
• Ladies: Sat & Thu: 7pm / 8pm
• Men: Mon & Wed: 7pm / 8pm

• The swimming pool is heated/temperature-controlled and covered
• Qgrabs voucher holders get an additional 20% discount on swimming suits, goggles, and caps in the shop at the venue
