• Swimming is said to be one of the best exercises since it uses every major muscle in the body.
• It is a low-impact activity that increases flexibility while also improving balance and posture.
• The classes are accredited to the American Red Cross (ARC)
• Train in one of the best indoor swimming pools in Qatar which is temperature controlled.
• Lady coaches are available for women.
• Classes open for beginners, intermediate & advanced levels.
