At HFSA Academy they pride themselves on delivering a high-quality swimming program in a safe and fun environment.

HFSA Learn to Swim program offers lessons starting from 24 months old and they also have classes for kids and male & female adults with full privacy during the ladies time with full female staff.

They teach everything from basic water confidence, water safety and they also provide classes for special needs.

*Option 1: Swimming Classes for Kids (4yrs to 13yrs) - 8 Sessions*

*Option 2: Swimming Classes for Adults (14yrs & above) - 8 Sessions*

• Swimming is said to be one of the best exercises since it uses every major muscle in the body
• It is a low-impact activity that increases flexibility while also improving balance and posture
• Lady coaches are available for women
• Classes open for beginners, intermediate & advanced levels

  • Kids Mixed: Sat - Thu: 4pm, 5pm & 6pm
  • Men: Mon & Wed: 6pm
  • Ladies: Sun & Thu: 6pm
• Kids: 4yrs - 13yrs
• Adults: 14yrs & above
• Session duration: 60mins
