At HFSA Academy they pride themselves on delivering a high-quality swimming program in a safe and fun environment.
HFSA Learn to Swim program offers lessons starting from 24 months old and they also have classes for kids and male & female adults with full privacy during the ladies time with full female staff.
They teach everything from basic water confidence, water safety and they also provide classes for special needs.

- Swimming is said to be one of the best exercises since it uses every major muscle in the body; it is a low-impact activity that increases flexibility while also improving balance and posture
- Classes are open to all levels - beginner, intermediate & advanced
- Duration of Each Session: 60mins
- Option 2: Classes will be taught by a lady coach
- Kids: 4yrs - 13yrs
- Ladies & Men: 14yrs & above
