Tabliye Restaurant has opened its first outlet in June, 2015 with the aim of providing a fun, unique place for customers to meet and enjoy great-tasting authentic Lebanese Street Food.
Their Mission is to create a fun filled home-like environment, where customers can enjoy the taste of Authentic Lebanese Street Food at a price that will leave their pockets as satisfied as their taste buds.
Their Vision is to be a world known name with several small outlets around the world, providing an opportunity for people around the world to enjoy a meal of Authentic Lebanese Street food in the fun and unique environment
The concept of Tabliye Restaurant, was created by the General Manager of the company, Mr. Georges Ghrayeb (former Executive Chef of Lenotré Paris, Doha),and developed together with his team of Professional Chefs and ex- Lenotré staff.
The branding and identity of the company was assisted by the services of a Branding Consultancy Agency in Lebanon.
The name “Tabliye” is derived from the traditional Lebanese raw meat platter which is known as tabliye. Although in other countries, such as Jordan and Egypt the Word “tabliye” is used to for “small table”.
The name Tabliye was chosen as the name for the restaurant based on its unique presentation of food on a wooden platter, which is known only by a few people. We value the way we present our food and much importance is given to the presentation, texture and atmosphere as much as the taste of the food.
