Her personalized holistic approach supports people in their healthy life changes and helps to make them responsible as far as their lifestyle habits and health are concerned. A background in psychology she has chosen naturopathy to combine physical, mental, emotional, energetical and psychological wellness. She also uses technics like foot reflexology, aromatherapy, phytotherapy, oligotherapy. Always keeping up with the latest research and trends in health, well-being and natural therapy fields, she is training for N.A.E.T (an alternative technic against allergies) and Emotion code certification. She now lectures, providing continuing education in spreading information and education about wellness, personal development and balance with natural means.
