• Karate is predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes. A karate practitioner is called a karateka.
• Teaches your child about the importance of self-confidence, defense, respect & discipline.
• Karate helps improve physical, mental as well as emotional well being.

• Tennis is a great sport for maintaining health, fitness, strength, and agility. It also has social and psychological benefits.
• Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent or between two teams of two players each. 
• Session duration: 60mins
• All levels are welcome.
• Valid for boys and girls aged 3yrs and above.

• Valid from 6 March - 25 June 2019
• Session duration: 60mins
• Timings: Karate: Sat & Mon: 4pm - 5pm OR 5pm - 6pm / Tennis: Sun & Tue: 4pm - 5pm OR 5pm - 6pm
• Ramadan Timings: Karate & Tennis: Sun & Tue: 9pm - 10pm OR 10pm - 11pm
• All classes must be completed in consecutive sessions twice per week from the date of registration
• The last date for registration is 30 March 2019
• One voucher per person
