Option 1:  Simple Composite Filling + Consultation + X-Ray
Pay QR199 instead of QR1050

• A strong & permanent tooth-colored filling that easily blends in with your natural teeth and is used to fill in cavities to prevent further teeth damage
• A natural-looking composite resin that is available in several shades of white will be used, allowing the dentist to make a perfect match to the patient’s tooth
• Comes with an x-ray and a consultation with a dental professional for an overview of your teeth’s general condition

Option 2: Impacted Tooth Removal + Consultation + X-Ray
Pay QR1200 instead of QR2950

• An impacted tooth refers to a tooth that is completely or partially stuck under the gum which can cause pain & damage to other teeth
• Removal of impacted tooth prevents dental complications which include pain, discomfort, infection & gum disease 
• For a thorough evaluation of your mouth’s condition, this option comes with an x-ray & consultation with a dental professional

NOTES:

• X-Ray is NOT recommended for pregnant women and patients under radiotherapy treatment
• Option 2 is NOT valid for people with diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, endocrine glands diseases, in their 1^st & 3^rd trimester of pregnancy, and other medical complications

Terms for Refunds:

• Once booking is confirmed with the vendor: No Cancellations and No Refunds are permitted
• If booking is not yet confirmed with the vendor:
  • Refund requests within 14 days from purchase date: 5% transaction fee will be deducted
  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase date: 70% of voucher price will be refunded as Store Credit Only
• If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher is forfeited and no refund will be issued
