They offer various gymnastics and conditioning programs with price options for all levels of interest, but with greater emphasis on group classes. They also offer Tumbling Classes, Private Coaching, Toddlers Gymnastics and Fitness for Kids and Adults and home-based gymnastics activities.
Their coaches are top professionals and Olympic medalists to guarantee that they can teach their students with up-to-date skills and techniques.

- So you’ve heard of Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) but not quite sure what it is and don’t know where to begin? Let's get you started!
- In these classes, you will learn the basic skills and progressions on both trampoline & tumbling; by request, coaches will assist in the teaching of specific skills or will take you through the full range of beginner, intermediate and advanced skills
- Example skills include: front tuck, back tuck, seat drop, doggie drop, belly drop, back drop, basic jumps, forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, round-off and back handspring
- Each class includes warm-ups, drills and basics, free floor tumbling, trampoline and conditioning
- No experience required - these classes will only focus on tumbling skills both on the floor and on the trampoline!
- Valid for 15yrs & above / all classes are mixed
- Classes will be held every Mondays and Wednesdays (7pm) at Al Arabi Sports Club
- Duration of Each Class: 60mins
