• A Thai reflexology massage for the feet and legs using warm candle oil, the candle melts into a warm oil that's worked into tired feet and calves, so it's soothing and warming rather than just a rub.
• A foot scrub softens the skin first, and it finishes with regular polish, so your feet are treated and groomed in one sitting.
• The only difference between the two is time: 30 minutes for a quick reviver on a break, or 60 for a proper hour to fully switch off, with the massage going further up the legs and taking its time.
• Go longer if you're on your feet all day, shorter if you just need a quick refresh.
