- Eat your fill from a set Turkish Breakfast menu consisting of - Foul, Falafel, Hammus or Fatoush, Borek (filled with meat or cheese), Suguk, Cheese (goat or feta), Tomatoes, Cucumber, Marinated black & green olives, Honey, Butter, Cream & Jam.
- No breakfast is complete without eggs. Get two types of eggs as part of your healthy meal - Clibir (poached eggs with thick yogurt & chilli sauce), Menemen (poached eggs in a juicy tomato and green pepper sauce) & Eggs with sajuk or pastrami.
- Something magical happens to eggs when they meet onions and peppers and tomatoes in the small copper frying pans in which menemen is cooked and served.
