Atelier is an A to Z academy for Music and Arts, offering a wide range of activities and lessons in a friendly and professional studio environment for all ages!

The "Atelier” opened its door on September 2017 with an intensive schedule of classes. From music, dance, arts and fitness, you can discover them all under one roof!

• Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures
• Yin & Yang are Taoist concepts, which describe the two relative qualities present in everything; Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward while Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward
• Yin & Yang balance each other - the light and the dark; one cannot exist without the other
• The combination helps promote strength, mobility, breathing, meditation and they also help provide both physical and spiritual balance
• Paired up with sound healing, it helps you to access a deeper state of relaxation

• Open for ages 16yrs old & above, all levels are welcome!
