Instructor Reena Sahoo is highly qualified in Yogic Science with 10 years experience in training, yoga therapy and memory develop classes. She can teach the authentic yoga. The word yoga comes from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language. Yoga is said to be for the purpose of uniting the mind, body, and spirit.

The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible and it also improves the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind as well. The benefits of yoga are vast and we’re determined to share with you in a comforting and humble way. By attending one class of Yoga at Shimmer you will truly be surprised on how effective the postures can be in one's life.

• Ablility to space out the classes per week however you’d like!

*Option 3: Monthly Pass - 24 Yoga Classes*
Pay QR500 instead of QR1200

• Take 24 yoga classes over four weeks!
• Ability to take a class every day for the month!
