Safety Instructions:

• Do not use mat if temperature is above 260℃ or 500℉.
• Avoid using the mat over a direct flame or hot coals
• It is recommended that you use both the mats on low or medium heat
• For best results, make sure you pre-heat the oven or grill before mat usage
• Avoid sharp utensils on the mats
