Safety Instructions:

• Do not use the mats if temperature is above 260℃ or 500℉
• Avoid using the mats over a direct flame or hot coals
• It is recommended that you use both the mats on low or medium heat
• For best results, make sure you pre-heat the oven or grill before use
• Avoid the use of sharp utensils on the mats
