• Unpack the massage mattress and attach one end of the adaptor into the mattress and the other end in the electric socket
• Place the mat on the floor, chair, bed or sofa
• Lie down on your back comfortably
• Press the power button on the remote control
• Use the controller to adjust the heat level
• After use, roll the mat and store it safely
