• This block is sourced from natural salt deposits found in the ancient Himalayas
• Its dense crystalline composition adds complex flavor to all types of food; just heat it on the grill to sear seafood and meat, or chill to serve a selection of fruits, vegetables and cheese
• It also retains hot & cold temperatures evenly and it is naturally antimicrobial

*Instructions for Use:*

1. Heat it on the grill for 20mins on low, 20mins on medium and another 20mins on high heat
2. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the block; if they sizzle vigorously and disappears immediately, the block is ready to use
