• These Himalayan Salt Blocks were sourced from natural salt deposits found in the ancient Himalayas
• Its dense crystalline composition adds complex flavor to all types of food, just heat the salt block on a grill and sear your favorite seafood and meat, or chill the salt block and use as a tray to serve fruits, vegetables and cheese
• It also retains hot & cold temperatures evenly and is naturally antimicrobial

Instructions for Use:

1. Moisten the salt block with a damp sponge (do not use soap); scrub with a soft brush or a scouring pad to remove any matter stuck on the surface and wipe clean with a sponge; try to keep the block as dry as possible
2. Heat it on the grill for 20mins on low, 20mins on medium and another 20mins on high heat
3. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the block; if they sizzle vigorously and disappears immediately, the block is ready to use
