1. To activate the light, push the earring through your earlobe's pre-pierced hole and firmly attach the other half at the back; the light will then turn and will stay on
2. To replace the batteries, carefully unscrew the back of the battery housing
3. Batteries can last over 36hrs; please keep them away from water
