1. Place the magnet in the freezer without the scraper for at least 2.5 hours
2. After getting it out of the freezer, pat it on the surface of foods at a slight angle for a few seconds
3. Rotate the fat magnet as you pat the oil to absorb the maximum
4. May be used as long as the metal plate remains cold - the oil hardens as it cools on the cold metal plate
5. Press the fat magnet into the scraper and rotate until the fat is removed
6. Enjoy the healthier food!
